How long is the shipping time?
Since each makeup bag is carefully embroidered after purchase, the estimated delivery time is different depending on where you live. We send all packages from Spain.
Europe: 6-12 business days
Outside Europe: 10-14 business days

How should I wash the makeup bag?
To protect the embroidery, turn the makeup bag inside out and wash it by hand.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange a replacement.
