Order Processing

Since each makeup bag is carefully embroidered after purchase, the estimated delivery time is different depending on where you live. 

Sweden: 2-5 business days

Europe: 2-7 business days 

Outside Europe: 4-10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to selected countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track your package online.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
