Return Policy                                                                                                                    Thank you for purchasing our personalized makeup bags. Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for bags that have been personalized with custom embroidery. However, if you receive your bag and it is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide detailed photos of the issue. We will send you a return label so you can drop off the package at your nearest post office and once we receive the bag, we will issue a refund or send a new bag upon request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to

  • goods made to order or clearly personalised - such as the embroidered makeup bag
